Job Summary:

We are seeking for skilled ERPNext Implementers with a functional focus to lead the successful implementation of ERPNext for our clients. This role requires expertise in understanding business processes, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth adoption of the ERP system by providing consultation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and objectives.
  2. Map client requirements to ERPNext functionalities and configure modules to address business needs.
  3. Provide detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  4. Conduct client workshops and user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the ERP system.
  5. Guide data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  6. Work closely with technical teams for advanced customizations, integrations, and reporting needs.
  7. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure timely delivery.
  8. Offer post-implementation support and manage change requests to enhance system usability.
  9. Stay updated on ERPNext developments and share best practices with clients and team members.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants.
  2. 1+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong preference for ERPNext.
  3. Deep understanding of core business processes such as accounting, inventory, HR, sales, and procurement.
  4. Strong project management skills with experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementations.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  6. Analytical mindset to evaluate business processes and recommend solutions.
  7. Knowledge of ERPNext configurations and workflows; technical skills are not mandatory.
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
