ERPNext is a free and open-source software and always will remain so. That means, you do not pay for the software. While the product is free, we at Mytra offer hosting and implementation support services to assist you in your journey and charge a fee for that.
We provide a cloud based ERP System, while the Software is Free, in order to run the Software you need to host it on a server. The cost of running and mainting the software on the cloud server is the hosting cost.
Implementation cost is the one-time setup fee you pay to get the ERP system ready for your business.
