Job Summary:

We are always looking for passionate people to join our team. As a Frappe Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications built on the Frappe Framework. You will work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless user experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Development & Customization:
  2. Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework and other Applications built on Frappe Framework.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python and JavaScript code.
  4. Work on both frontend and backend development with Vue.js and Frappe Framework.


  1. Performance & Security Optimization:
  2. Optimize system performance and ensure security best practices.
  3. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.


  1. Collaboration & Documentation:
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  3. Write and maintain technical documentation.


Requirements:

  1. 6 months of hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework.
  2. Strong understanding of Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Vue.js.
  3. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  4. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  5. Good knowledge of database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
  6. Understanding of Git and version control.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  8. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.


Good to Have:

  1. Experience working with ERPNext.
  2. Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  3. Understanding of Linux-based environments.
  4. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
