Job Summary:

You shall continuously look to find the right talent, understand the organisational structure by planning, evaluating and appraising the performance of existing and new team members on regular intervals. An organisation is known for its people and having a great team shall help us creating an ecosystem for the internet users and achieve our mission of making doing global business easy.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning:
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Monitor HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with objectives.


  1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
  2. Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  3. Implement strategies for talent retention and career development.


  1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  3. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.


  1. Performance Management:
  2. Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.


  1. HR Policies and Compliance:
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.


  1. Learning and Development:
  2. Identify training needs and design development programs.
  3. Promote continuous learning and upskilling across teams.


  1. HR Operations:
  2. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  3. Oversee the implementation and use of HR management systems.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRMS).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
