Designer


Design and aesthetics are the most important element for us to make great products. As a designer, you will work in creating and improvising the design of all our assets, products, websites and communications to provide a delightful user experience.

We are always looking for passionate designers to join our team. Our designers shall work closely with the core product team and developers to understand what we do, what are our products and will be responsible in defining our brand face. You shall also be responsible to bring clarity, brand personality and a delightful experience for our users when they interact with our products. Your work shall get recognized by our next billion users who shall use the wide range of innovative products built by us. We believe in creating an ecosystem for the internet users and acheive our mission of making doing global business easy.


How do you become a designer with us?

  • You will join our team as an Intern or Trainee for a duration of 3 to 6 months
  • During this period, you shall understand our products, start designing the new features and improvise the existing features
  • You shall work to improve the interactions, reduce customer pain points and make delightful user experience
  • Last but not the least, you will have to share the common vision and mission set across the organisation

Post successful completion of your internship/training, we shall review your technical and soft skills which is very important to help us decide in selecting the right candidate for our core team. Ofcourse, you shall be paid during the internship/training period.


What do we look for in an ideal candidate?

  • You love designing great products for common problems
  • You are fluent in using various designing tools like XD, Figma, Illustrator and After Effects
  • You have an eye to identify the problems of current design and improvise them to provide a delightful user experience
  • You should be self-motivated, self-starter and enjoy whatever you do
