Before implementation, our consultant will analyze the way your business runs and suggest the best way to use ERPNext. We will handle all configuration and train you on how to use ERPNext. This service is organized through planned sessions where our consultant will carry out a more in-depth analysis of your needs to see what can be improved in line with the existing features and capabilities of ERPNext.

The Success Pack is designed to provide essential configuration, training, and support for ERPNext implementation with predefined features, services, and limited customizations.

Consulting Hours

Usage:

  • Hours specific to the plan are to be utilized within 2 months from the start of the contract.

Focus:

  • Minor adjustments and enhancements to ensure compatibility with ERPNext's standard features while addressing specific requirements.

Purchase

Inclusions:

  • Supplier Quotations, Purchase Orders, Receipts.
  • Supplier master setup with tax.
  • Pre-Defined approval workflows and e-mail notifications.

Exclusions:

  • Automated procurement planning.
  • Vendor portal integrations.
  • Heavy customizations such as extensive modifications to ERPNext's core functionalities or workflows.

Sales

Inclusions:

  • Set up for Quotations, Sales Orders, and Invoices.
  • Pre-Defined approval workflows and e-mail notifications.
  • Customer master and pricing rule setup.

Exclusions:

  • Sales forecasting or advanced pipeline reporting.
  • Third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Unicommerce, etc.).
  • Heavy customizations such as extensive modifications to ERPNext's core functionalities or workflows.

Inventory

Inclusions:

  • Items, Warehouse, Stock Ledger, Stock Balance.
  • Valuation methods: FIFO, Moving Average.
  • Stock Entries: Transfer, Issue, Receipt.
  • Barcode field and stock aging.

Exclusions:

  • RFID or Warehouse automations.
  • Serial/batch customization beyond standard.
  • Heavy customizations such as extensive modifications to ERPNext's core functionalities or workflows.

Accounting

Inclusions:

  • Standard Chart of Accounts.
  • Sales/Purchase Invoice setup.
  • Journal & Payment Entry, Bank Reconciliation.
  • Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet reports.

Exclusions:

  • Multi-currency consolidation.
  • Custom financial reports or integrations.

Training

  • Dedicated Training will be delivered remotely via Google Meet.
  • Pre-Recorded Training sessions and interactive guides shall be shared.
